Siphamandla Ngema better known as LamulaBoy TheGhost from South African Rapper, Songwriter, Musician ,born in KZN Pinetown Clermont 22 May 1992. He grew up in Mirianhill S.t Wendolins KwaSanti & Nazareth Island. Siphamandla has been passionatly music fan from an ealry age, and grew up he was listening to Rap & Kwaito music throughout his teenage years in 2005
He used to listening to artist like Buster Rhymes ,Nas , Obie Trice , The Game , Method Man & Red Man, Fat Joe ,50cent , DMX ,Fabulous ,X-Zibit , Ludacris , Common, Master Ace, Skwatta Camp ,Pro-Kid ,Zola ,Kabelo, Magesh,Brown Dash, Mapaputsi ,Ngqondo ,Poisen Pen , Abdus ,Shon G ,Molly ,F Easy ,Raketi ,Dezza , Maraza ,ZuluBoy etc.
He started writes his own lyrics in 2007 with Prefix well known as Thulebona Hadebe from Savannah Park. They recorded their first track title “Zisuke Zisikwa produced by Kali Beatz KwaNdengezi.He started to attend poetry sessions and hiphop shows around Pinetown with Brian MC Lova Ville. 2009 Piter Nkwezela Yamagama helped him to paid a recording session and released his solo track title “Nyusivolume St. Wendolins Anthem” Produced at DaCool Productions.
The track was a smash hit every where around Pinetown & Mirianhill they were pumpin it coner to coner. The streets was on fire, the gettoh was blessed, the support was huge. 2010 He mate Mandlenkosi Bhekani Cebekhulu who known as MBzet Da Producer from Wyebank during that time.
2011 he started to worked @4Kas Records as an recording artist. He recorded 3 hits songs title 1.Ngyaz’misela 2.Follow Me 3.Hambakini Produced by MBzet. They released first single “Ngyaz’misela” the track got a oppotunity to be on the top 10 on Inanda fm 88.4 HipHop Hoodup hosted by Adeeh Sosibo & ABBY GAL.The support was amazing from hiphop fans showing some love they started recognise LamulaBoy as a dope rapper alive in KwaZulu Natal.
He also got a chance twice to be live on air Ukhozi Fm 90.8 Clever UngagiveUp Hiphop Show hosted by Tshatha Ugodo and Moja Phooh, he was chosen to battle with bars Dubane Vs Jozi he made it won as a durban rapper.
In 2012 He decide to drop a tape called NGYAZMISELA with 19 tracks featured Mavra , Alligator MC , Quesy Q , Smg , FoxBoy (Rip) , Mesiya , Mc Crank , Just Perfect ,Pritcher Earth Assgnmenth , Josh Dope , Violence , Sgabarito , Hope , “E” , Dullz , Mic Genics. All tracks were produced masterd & mixed by MBzet Da Producer except track 19 Outro Istimela seNjova was produced by Master Dee Njova. Sleeve cover by DM Media.
He perfomed diffrent places eg.
M.O.T Civic Centre Pinetown , Bet Centre Durban , Jameson’s Pup Durban, Club 101 Durban , Play House Durban , Umlazi Pass Da Mic , Imbumba Hiphop Session Clermont, Divas Pup Molweni etc.
He also got an oppotunity to perfomed at #FillUpMosesMabhida Concert 2018. He shared a stage with big artist eg: Casper Nyovest ,Kwesta ,Ricky Ricky (Rip) , Major Leage Dj’s , Sjava , Black Motion , Dj Bongz , Mlindo The Vocalist etc. The perfomence was great people realy show some love for his music.
